As a writer or editor, you never know for sure what impact one of your books might have. So imagine how rewarding it was to read the above quote in a podcast transcript as part of an anecdote shared by Bruce Coville about my anthology Am I Blue? Coming Out from the Silence. I invited Bruce to be part of that collection, and his story was ultimately chosen as the title story. So it was powerful to discover once again what Am I Blue? has meant to readers over the years.
